What is online counselling?
I offer online counselling sessions using the video conferencing program, Zoom. While we are in different locations there are many similarities to face to face counselling - we can both see and hear each other; and there is a start and finish time according to your scheduled appointment.
Zoom is easy to use. Prior to the scheduled appointment time I will email you a link. By simply clicking on the link at the time of your appointment, using your computer, laptop, or tablet, our session will begin.
